Josh Brolin revives his 'Goonies' character Brand for 1980s-themed party

June 13 (UPI) -- Actor Josh Brolin dressed as Brand, his character from the 1985 movie The Goonies, for a recent party.

"80's themed birthday for my buddy @wsparris1 given by his lovely wife @bamkambam. I didn't know what to dress as (Henry Rollins? Boy George? A gremlin?) then my wife said, "I got you covered".

The message accompanied a photo of Brolin wearing a sleeveless shirt, shorts over sweatpants and a headband, while his wife dressed in era-appropriate workout gear.

Brolin played the older brother of Sean Astin's Mikey in the adventure comedy, which also co-starred Corey Feldman and Kerri Green.
